The hydration centrifugal precision-filtering oil press features a modular design, intelligent control, and streamlined operations, making it easier to operate with reduced labor intensity. It can be freely combined with various models of the company’s oil presses according to user needs. The electric heating system employs either simultaneous internal and external heating or separate external-to-internal heating methods, automatically preheating the pressing chamber before operation and precisely controlling the pressing temperature during the process. During hot pressing, the oil reaches very high temperatures; meanwhile, the hydration tank is equipped with fans to cool the crude oil efficiently for subsequent hydration steps. After hydration, the crude oil automatically flows into the centrifugal filtration system, where oil and sediment are effortlessly separated.

The technical parameters listed in the table refer to conditions where auxiliary equipment such as cleaning, shelling, rolling, and steaming-roasting are fully equipped, processes are properly optimized, operations are conducted under normal conditions, and the "hot-pressing method" is used to achieve these specified performance indicators.

　　2. Due to variations in the type, quality, and oil content of oilseeds across different regions, as well as differences in operating conditions, discrepancies between actual results and the indicators listed in the table are also considered normal.

　　3. When pressed two or three times (e.g., cold-pressed), the processing capacity is reduced to half or one-third of its original value, respectively. In general, the more times the material is pressed, the lower the processing capacity becomes.
