Product Introduction Technical specifications

　　The pneumatic precision-filter oil press features an electric heating system that can apply heat simultaneously from both the inside and outside, or separately—either internally or externally. It includes an automatic preheating function for the pressing chamber before extraction, as well as real-time temperature control during the pressing process. During pressing, compressed air is used to force crude oil through multiple layers of filter cloth, ensuring a remarkably clear final product. This pneumatic filtration method efficiently extracts even the last traces of oil remaining in the oil cake, leaving behind a dry, cake-like residue. As a result, the overall oil yield is significantly enhanced.

　　The product complies with JB/T 9793.1-1999, "Technical Specifications for Agricultural Screw Oil Presses."

　　Note:

　　1. The technical parameters listed in the table represent the performance achievable when using the "hot-pressing method," provided that auxiliary equipment such as cleaning, shelling, rolling, and steaming-roasting are fully equipped, processes are properly optimized, operations are conducted under normal conditions.

　　2. When pressed two or three times (e.g., cold-pressed), the processing capacity is reduced to half or one-third of its original value, respectively. In general, the more times the material is pressed, the lower the processing capacity becomes.
