Electric heating air pressure type fine filter oil press
The electric heating air pressure type oil press is a national patent product (patent number: ZL 2005 2 0034093.6). The electric heating part of the product adopts the method of heating both inside and outside or heating separately inside and outside. It has the function of automatically preheating the press chamber before pressing and automatically controlling the pressing temperature during pressing; air pressure can be used to make the crude oil pass through the multi-layer filter at the same time during the pressing process. Cloth filtering, the oil quality after filtering is clearer. The air pressure filtration method can filter out a large amount of residual oil in the oil residue, and the filtered oil residue is in the shape of a dry cake, thereby increasing the oil yield.
The product complies with JB/T9793.1-1999 "Agricultural Screw Press Technical Conditions".
