H (environmental protection) series combined oil press
The H (environmental protection) series combined oil press is a new integrated product that adopts a modular design and is developed to facilitate the user to configure the oil filter device on the basis of retaining the advantages of the traditional oil press, and to reduce the user's purchase cost.
Environmental protection The smoke exhaust device is installed to avoid the pollution of oil fume and dust to the oil pressing place and the surrounding environment;
Safety in production Protective devices are installed in the power and transmission parts of the oil press to make production operations safer;
Food safety The high-quality stainless steel plate is used to protect the press chamber of the oil press, and the use of paint is eliminated, making the extracted oil safer and more hygienic.
Economic benefits: The base bracket is raised, eliminating the need for users to raise or lower the height of the machine (digging treatment) after purchasing the machine, optimize the production site and reduce the user's installation cost;
Intelligent control The power operation adopts electronic control, which makes the operation smarter and safer, and can monitor the voltage and current changes during the use of the oil press in real time;

1. The technical parameters in the table refer to the indicators that can be achieved when the "hot pressing method" is used with complete equipment, reasonable technology, and normal operation of auxiliary materials such as cleaning, peeling, rolling, steaming and frying.
2. If it is a cold pressing machine (or cold pressing method), it needs to be pressed 2-3 times, the processing capacity is one-half or one-third of its value, and so on, the more pressing times, the processing The amount is lower.
