Product Introduction Technical specifications

　　The YZYX-10J series electric heating screw oil press combines both heating and oil-extraction functions. The electric heating system features simultaneous internal and external heating, or independent internal-to-external heating modes. It also includes an automatic preheating function for the pressing chamber before pressing, as well as an automatic temperature-control feature during the pressing process.

　　The product complies with JB/T 9793.1-1999, "Technical Specifications for Agricultural Screw Oil Presses."

The technical parameters listed in the table represent the performance achievable when using the "hot-pressing method," provided that auxiliary equipment such as cleaning, shelling, rolling, and steaming-roasting are fully equipped, the process is properly designed, operations are conducted under normal conditions, and all steps are executed correctly.

　　2. When pressed two or three times (e.g., cold-pressed), the processing capacity is reduced to half or one-third of its original value, respectively. In general, the more times the material is pressed, the lower the processing capacity becomes.
