The wok has two operation modes: manual discharging and automatic discharging. If the drum wok is equipped with the automatic temperature controller (electrical control box and temperature sensor) produced by our company, the automatic operation of the wok can be realized, the oil temperature (0～300℃) and the heat preservation delay time ( 0～1min) Users can set by themselves; using this operation method, when the oil reaches the set temperature, the blower power is automatically cut off, and the oil enters the heat preservation delay stage. After the heat preservation delay reaches the set value, the wok Automatically reverse the discharging; adopt automatic operation mode, the temperature of oil seed fry is the same, no longer judge the temperature of oil seed fry by the machine hand based on experience, which can reduce labor cost; the color of the oil and dry cake are the same, and the quality is obviously improved.
