　　Pressing Process Flow

　　The elevator A lifts the oil feed into the oil press for pressing, while the spent cake is conveyed horizontally by a cake conveyor to elevator B, which raises it to the auxiliary hopper for storage and secondary pressing. (If the moisture content is too low, water can be added to the cake at a specific ratio.) The extracted crude oil is then heated in an oil storage tank, transferred to a vacuum filter for purification, and finally cooled in an oil cooler before being bottled. During the pressing process, the resulting fumes are routed through a smoke exhaust duct to an oil-smoke treatment unit for purification, while the spent cake flows out via a slide plate and is collected into frames for further processing.

　　Note:

　　1. The entire equipment set occupies an area of approximately 20–30 square meters, with a required ceiling height of around 3 meters, and a total electrical power consumption of 30–40 kilowatts.

　　2. If the oilseed is pressed two or three times, the processing yield will be half or one-third of its original value, respectively. In general, the more times the seed is pressed, the lower the yield will be.

　　3. Customized complete solutions can be designed based on the user's specific needs and special requirements.
